Bypassing filter means you used innapropropriote language that would normaly be stopped by the language filter, but used something that would stop the filter from removing it.

Bypassing filter means that you were saying words that usually show up as %$#@, but misspelling them or adding pointless punctuation so that they would not be filtered into #$%@. This is a bannable offense, and that is why you got this screen. Seeing as this has no place in the survival games discussion forum, I am going to close it.
