Anytime I fall off a cliff or get destroyed by someone with much worse gear.

walking into my own fire and then dying is the worst. Or dying to a team of 4 after killing 3 of them and not notciing that one was regaining the whole time. xD

I was one hit away from killing somebody on the tower in SG1, who had better armor than me. He jumps down, and lands in the water fine.

I jump down to get a crit and kill him, miss the water, hit land, and die.

I think I broke my keyboard and a mouse that day, not sure.

1.) Team of 5 ganged up on me. Only one of them had a sword too, and they were chasing me for maybe a good minute.

2.) Falling right after I pushed someone off a building in SG2.

3.) Crafting a diamond sword and immediately falling in a pit of lava.
