Why is suddenly so hard to get into lobbies???

Everytime i try to get into a lobby, it says to many people logging in, try again soon, and then when i try again, it says wait 25 seconds, but after 25 seconds, the lobby is already full!!! This keeps on happening!

This "too many people logging in" feature is from NCP which will be gone soon so that problem should be gone shortly.
