Why don't hackers get banned?

I reported a lot of hackers like him (
)
But when I go to leaderbords and search his name HE DIDN'T GET BANNED!
It's frustrating, I want MCSG without hackers, but admins ignore reports! They only write that user has been dealt with appropriately but they don't ban hackers!

Why I hate this community so much sometimes...
you dont know anything do you?
they get banned,IT DOESN'T MATTER if he's on the leaderboards he's still banned!
Admins don't even check the reports,Moderators do.

Yes, I confused Admins with Moderators, sorry, but when I go to Leaderbords and I write the hacker's name I should see "Deranked" or "Rank: #0" if he has been banned, is that right?

In complete honesty, the leaderboards are not sufficient means whatsoever to check if a user has been banned. It updates infrequently in that aspect, and it's not quantifiable proof. All you need to worry about is that you reported a player, and you did a good thing. The end result is not your concern in the end :)

Fun Fact: Over 500 bans have been issued on our network in the last 24 hours.

If the evidence is sufficient and has a good enough resolution to be seen clearly, a ban should take place. In this case, the evidence seems to have low resolution but I can still easily tell that he has a hack in which you cannot hit him. The evidence was most likely sufficient for whoever viewed the report abuse. Also, make sure you posted it in the right section. Don't worry if he hasn't been online, he is most likely banned.

Just also, your video is 3 seconds long. I believe the minimum is 5 (or 10) seconds long.

Moderators wont tell you if the player is banned, its none of your business to know if they got banned.

Also please remember we expect players to send in video evidence that's a minimum of 16 seconds. We only accept evidence that is shorter if you can obviously see that the player is hacking. Also, admins don't execute the bans, we the moderators do. We are the first line of defence against hackers and are here to protect the servers and keep everything nice and clean. We are aware of the amount of hackers that have been coming on MCGamer and I can tell you that we're doing all we can to make it stop. They never stop coming and even though we get new moderators daily we also have moderators that leave us.

Remember, we're still trying to create some sort of balance just give us time <3.

Since this user has already been taken care of and Cubes has already explained most of it I decided to lock the thread.
