Why does my ISP do this to me. :c

I used to get 40ms to AU (I live in NZ.) Ever since they attempted to fix a routing issue I wanted fixed, my ping has spiked to 180. Gonna be seeing me on US servers a bit now since the ping is lower than on AU. (Whhhhhhaaaaaa?)
Vodaphone have been reported.
Anyone else ever had this issue?

well I can't relate because I'm not from NZ, but I hope it gets fixed. Just try contacting them and reporting the problem, that'll probably help c:
