Why can't I open chests after opening one?

Hi, this is my first post and I'm very desperate. Lately after the game starts I go for the cornicopia open a chest and get the loot inside, but after that I can't open anymore chests... I click on them various times and they won't open its very frustrating as I love your servers and am not able to get a good experience due to this problem. Also after sometime in the game I start loosing hearts. Well, it's kinda weird I start getting hurt but none of my hearts disappear... I hear the sound of me getting hurt and my screen shakes a bit but my hearts don't go down and eventually after a couple times I die... I don't understand whats happening its never happened before and its never happened on other servers. Please answer my post and help me fix this problem.
