why am i unable to join any servers?

I keep trying to click on the servers that arent full that are in the lobby and it doesnt do anything?

The website is a little behind real time. Join servers that say restarting and spam the button until it says logging on.

I mean on minecraft. I use direct connect, and I keep trying to join. It will say "failed to connect" and I keep trying until it logs in because the server comes back up.
