White-List Creative Sever

Can you guys PLEASE add me to the white-list on the creative server? It used to let me play, then out of no where kicked me and said I wasn't on the White-List. I'm not sure how to give an application, so can you please add me to the white-list? Thanks!

As far as I know, the creative server is just down for the moment. It should be back up soon.
