Where do you apply to go on a server

Where do you apply to go on a server, because i can't find it. I try to join and it rejects me saying it is full.
Me and my friend LuckyMr13 would love to join.

(We are currently working on Surivial Games 3, Underground cave system)
(This is just what we wanted to do for fun.)

But anyone can download it if they want!

Well, you'll just have to wait until there's an open slot, or become a donor. There is no, "applying" required.
