where are the IP's?!

I am new here so it will be me i think but: where can i find the IP of a survival game?
because if i search for eu1.mcsg.in by the IP adress it doesn't work?
so what is the IP of a server and where can i find it on the site?

the euro servers are down for maintenance atm
