The new Optifine isn't completely finished. I read the forum page and it says that Anti-Aliasing, Anisotropic Filtering, and animations are all not-compatible, so it may just be one or a combination of those things that's making that Hd texture pack not work.

Yeah, but in the video you see that when I turn on the default texture pack, it's even worse than with the Faithful one.

It's fixed, just go and re-download and install it in place of the other one.
