I just purchased it and I was wondering when or how I receive it.

It usually takes upwards of 10 minutes, but someone it takes an hour or two.
The ranks are manually transferred, so that's why they take so long.
It shouldn't take more than 24 hours, but if it does, email [email protected] with your forum name, In-game name and time of purchase.

It can take up to 24 hours, possibly a little longer. Or it could be an hour or 2.

Yea... 10-12 hours usually on weekends, weekdays a lot faster
