Whats wrong with the Us servers?

The title says it all. I logged onto the US servers and had the worst lag, I don't know whats going on, can someone tell me whats wrong?

No, because it's only the us server, and mcgamer is a network from what I know of.

US and EU are in different data centers! (obviously) So that means a DDOS could happen in just one.

It has been officially confirmed that it is a packet loss issue.

My ping is normally anywhere between 15-25 on MCSG. Logged on today and my ping was 244! xD the ddos is real!
