I posted a video of madmanjr97 hacking, yesterday, and he is playing in the same game as me ? What the bunnies he got unbanned ? Or are you banning the hacker only 1 day ?

Hackers are banned for 7 days the first time. Maybe the mods didn't get around to madmanjr97 yet? There are loads of reports and they are really trying their best keeping up with them.
