Well, many people have problems, fancies, questions or other staff-involving problems. Now this is a sort of guide to tell you how do go about informing the staff of your fancy.
1) Do NOT make any random posts saying that something is bad and otherwise complaining, that will be disregarded. Posts where you don't flame MCSG or the staff or put your point of view forward sensibly are OK, but chances are that they still won't be viewed by the staff that can do something about it.
2) Write something on the wall of a developer or senior member of staff, try not to post these on walls that gain like 20000 posts a second, ChadTheDJ, but try the less flamed walls, GibboAssassin is a good one. These posts also need to be sensible and you need to refrain from sounding like the staff HAVE to do something for you. No one likes that and pretty much no one HAS to do something for you, so keep that in mind.
3) You can send a PM to a developer or senior member of staff, again, refrain from sending the, to the more famous ones. (By PM I mean personal message and NOT Prime Minister as duck might think). This PM must ALSO not be flaming, wow! No flaming allowed, how sad. This needs to be descriptive and to the point. Not talking about the weather for 500 words and then telling the staff your problem, but actually giving your problem.
4) Use evidence, videos, screenshots etc. where possible so that the staff can get a proper view of your problem and know that you're not just wasting their time with a duck and bull story.
Hope this helps.
