What servers are not using the hub?

The hub is causing too much lag. Which ones do not use the hub?

All US servers redirect to the hub.

I think that Australia and Asia haven't gone hub yet, but I may be mistaken.

Am I the only one who hates the hub? It lags so much I can't even click signs. I literally have to find a sign, right-click hold on it for 15 minutes, before it even lets me in. And I have a Windows 8 with 8GB RAM. -,-

The lag could be caused by the new update, you might want to check this out. Also, have you used the clock to hide players? That always helps.

Yes I hide people with the clock. Also, being shot out of the map in the new/old MCSG lobby is really ticking me off. -,-

To fix the lag right click on the clock to get rid of the players which was likely causing your lag. And to answer your first question, all EU and US servers are on the Hub but CA servers which are based in Montreal and the AU servers based in Australia are not connected to a Hub so feel free to play there.
