What processor should I buy?

So yeah, I have a pretty shiz build so I'm going to upgrade my processor and power supply. Here is my current build :

CPU : Celeron G540
GPU : Radeon 7750 1GB Low Profile
PSU : 220 watts
Motherboard : H61MGC

My gpu WILL probably be upgraded to a GTX Titan or something of equivalent since my dad's friend works at Nvidia But im wondering what CPU and PSU would be optimal for performance.

It all depends on how much your willing to spend. I personally would go with this 6-core i7 for about $600

As for a PSU, this 750w is a BEAST that is optimized for the new 4th gen intel processors (which that one is)

whatever you do, go with an intel processor and get an SSD

I was thinking maybe the i5 4th gen. And how big a psu would I need for a Titan? Cause holy hell the celeron will bottleneck.
