In my opinion this is a great question, it's short but when you give your answer, you have to think deeply about it. And that's what I love about this question. Your answer could be anything, your motivation could be desire, need or love. It might also be a person who motivates you, someone really influential on how you behave.

I am motivated by success. Because when you succeed, you feel great. You know you can succeed in life and you have done it before.
