What microphone should I get?

So my headset microphone is really bad and picks up a lot of background noise (it also picks up my computer fan). I am willing to spend 60 dollars or less on a new mic. I was thinking about either getting the Blue Snowball or the Audio Technica ATR-2500. Which one should I get? Or is there a better mic in my price range?

P.S. I will be using this mic to record youtube videos.

I would say Blue Snowball. It's around the same as a blue Yeti.

I have a Play Station 3 mic. It works awesome.
People actually tell me that it sounds like a really expensive mic.

I use a YPA mic, its a bit expensive but the quality is very good

Logitech h110 works really well for me, it's only $15 and I've never had any complaints from anyone about it.
