On the contrary, because of folks like you, I learned it's best to stay far from the boat in the beginning.I'll only say my basic strategy for map 1, because my map 2 strategy is a good one and best kept secret:
For map 1, the first thing I do is storm the cornucopia, I grab some crap and then head for the boat, I raid the boat, get the crap, kill a few noobs trying to come in, and then go back to the cornucopia. I then sit my butt on the crafting table until the chests refill. When they do I suit up and go out and kill all the survivors.
Also, I'm guessing the reason you did this thread was so that you can see our strategies and then use them considering your new to the Survival Games and probably novice. But anyway, I hope you use my strategy wisely!![]()
No, no, no, no man. You got it all wrong. The boat is one of the first, if not THE first thing you need to go for.On the contrary, because of folks like you, I learned it's best to stay far from the boat in the beginning.
Well, whoever gets to the boat first, kills everyone who chases after him, trying to accomplish the objective. I have my own little route that works very well. I go to the waterfall and grab the items from the two chests, possibly go to one island (if I hadn't spent much time killing people), then I go to a tree, grab a chest, and then to the puzzle ruins, and I end up right back at the cornucopia (just in time) without risking getting killed by people in the boat. I head back to the puzzle ruins after the corn, and I get a boatload of stuff. No, no, no, no man. You got it all wrong. The boat is one of the first, if not THE first thing you need to go for.
