Was wondering what's the highest fps the human eye can notice

However, certain conditions such as low light can affect that process, resulting in increased or decreased processing per second. The human eye and its brain interface, the human visual system, can process 10 to 12 separate images per second, perceiving them individually.
Go back to college!According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_rate,
However, certain conditions such as low light can affect that process, resulting in increased or decreased processing per second.
Furthermore, the actual process of processing visual images within a certain span of time becomes highly complicated when interacting with technological items such as videogames. As such, the ability for the human brain to process visual stimuli within a certain amount of time is not very important in one's overall perception of video quality and fluidity. Rather, at that point it becomes a matter of technological implementation, and how the technology successfully creates a series of high-speed images that successfully emulate the actions of the human eye such that the human brain can't distinguish between actions on a digital screen and actions in real life.
So don't immediately think, "higher FPS = better looking", especially since personal opinion believes that one's ability to notice screen delay operates on a set-point basis (meaning it changes per person, per game, per experience, and per expectation).
Hope that made sense.
