It's iron, not silver (juss sayin) and not a whole lot. Basically if you donate to iron you kick out the last non-donator to join if the lobby is full. If the lobby is full of iron donators (which never happens) then you could only join by gold sponsor. Same with diamond. Also, you get a fancy teal coloured name if you get diamond =3 but really the only practical perk for diamond/gold is helping out with the costs of running the servers seeing as there are never enough iron sponsors in a game for gold+ to matter ^_^

Since I'm a diamond donor myself, I can explain to you.

Your vote for a map will county as 5 votes (I think not sure)
People would like to team with you often. (This is happening to me right now)
You get more points. (300 I think)
You can only skip once.
You can kick gold/iron sponsors.
There are no cool downs. (I think)

As of right now there isn't a major difference between each of the options, but starting next year we should see some changes.
