What is going on with MCSG??

Hello Gamers,
It has come quiet obvious in the community that more people are leaving and more staff are also resigning.
I don't really care about why they are leaving or why they left/resigning but what I would like to know what is happening and I want solid evidence or opinions on other staff or experienced players to why the community is changing soo much also is it for the better.
I don't want to be in a community where there is a lot of flame towards each other.

I want to know this because I'm a YouTuber that is not very big but I would like to know for the future of my channel and the MC Gamer server.

They are sick or just want to leave MCSG. Mods are getting bored of doing the job. This happens every year alot of people left when BajanCanadian Left.
MCSG won't shut down anytime soon. So gl with your youtube channel

See the people are mainly getting bored of Minecraft and moving on to LoL (League Of Legends) or CSGO. Most of the people are not leaving MCSG for hive. They are just getting Bored of the repetitive gamemode. Also some people are just quitting of the hackers.

Along with what Nirmit said, mods do get bored of the game and basically bored of MCSG. It can get really repetitive at some points. Some people can just get overflowed with homework/have to focus on school more than Minecraft, especially the ones going into university/college and going into High School.

Also, asides the fact that there are some good moderators leaving, plenty more moderators recently got accepted to volunteer for the community, as well as experienced moderators got promoted. Nothing much is going on with MCGamer, it's just adding a few more staff members, as well as making some improvements for us. But the good staff members that have left, then I wish them the best of luck in the future. ;c
