So I was eating my breakfast before school and wondering what other people eat in the morning… idk why but I was. So I am making this thread.

What do you eat for breakfast?​

Most of the time, I do not have breakfast. When I attempt to, it often makes me feel unwell

However, a standard breakfast for me would be fruit, muesli and a fruit smoothie. Nutritious Tennis breakfast

I honestly have no substantial breakfast- it contains a healthy Up&Go. I sometimes have a side of fruit, but that is only on occasions.

I really should eat some more nutritious healthy foods for breakfast to start me off for the day, but I'm lazy and too much effort needed.
