What are the EU server specs?

Hey guys, bit of a server junkie, just wondering what sort of specs the EU servers are - are they a couple of dedicated machines or a number of VPSs? I've got a server I'd like to run but I don't know what sort of capability it has.

i think every server has 16 servers with each 24 slots, because when Chad restarted EU1 because of lagspikes, eu1-16 were down. I don't know more than this.
