Hackers are unbanned after a certain period of time, it depends on the hack.

I am pissed off Hackers so I decided uploading them. As I realized that not much Players got banned I reported them. First I heard that they got banned they annoyed me but i didnt care. But NOW its like this. Reporting for obvious hacks. Mods answer me with Player has been dealt with but he is still able to play. Die_Lovers is still able to play and others too. Why am I uploading Hackers if noone cares ??
I thought I could at least clear a bit MCSG of the Hackers because I uploaded over 65 Hackers...

While I am of the opinion that the whole "second chance thing" should be tossed out and every hacker perm banned immediately upon being confirmed as a hacker, you have to look at it from the view of the mods/admins.They have to be absolutely 100% sure someone is hacking before placing a ban, else they can really get it if they start banning innocents.

I've played over a day on the server (not that much) and I have only came across3 or 4 people with definite hacks,but the only person I've seen other people get annoyed with is Gerrard99 I think that's his username

I thought that want a better community without hacker... But if they want a better community they have to ban the hackers and not keep them doing their crap

You just gotta make do with hackers. They are inevitable on every minecraft server. And while you may think that banning the hackers is doing nothing, it is actually extremely helpful. I don't like when people judge the servers for hackers... because we aren't the only people in the Minecraft community with them.
