Weird captcha thing when logging in issue

Well, my friend wants to donate. He cannot log in because apparently he forgot his password, He tries logging in with facebook and it says he didnt enter the captcha, When he tries to click forgot password. Same thing.
There is no captcha appearing at all. (this happened to me days ago as well)
