Weaker Connection?

I don't know if it's just me, but I used to get 5-bar connections when playing on the servers, but now I only get one, and it's a little more laggy for me. I don't know if it's just me, or are other people experiencing it too? Your thoughts...

1.3.1, the new LAN world check can lag your server checks. Therefore giving false ping info, honestly, its much faster than it looks on the server page (3k ping, 80 ping equivalent in-game).

i think i have worse connection now, but it might be all the bugs make it look laggy
