This has been suggested before.
Some ideas were:

An IP to connect to a random server
A Sign in the Hub to connect you to a random server
A Sign in the Hub to put you into a list of players, and when your name comes to the top, then you would be put into the first available game (The issue with this is that if the queue became too large, then people would not be able to join by clicking the sign for that individual server)
A command in-game to connect you to a random server
A single or small number of signs that displays only open Lobbies.
