The thing is, we do have Administrators that work all day, and if they are not working on McGamer stuff, they are probably doing some in real life things that has to be done as it is first priority.
I am sorry that you haven't got a response yet, however, we are a small group of Admins who work a lot everyday just to make this server this Best Server that has ever been founded.
When you make a application, or a dispute, we both have our own job.
The staff members job is to get hold of your VIP application, and your job is to be patient, cause we also have 1.000 of other things to do.
