Views on aggressive playing?

I know that there are many players out there who play very very aggressively. Like playing all day just to make a spot on the leaderboards, but, what are your opinions on that? I personally feel that as long as im having fun playing everything is going fine even if i am playing all day, I just feel playing just for that solemn reason is a little... I don't know, not as fun? But who am I to say a lot of people have fun in different ways! This isn't to start a flame war this is just for you to post your own opinions.

As long as these "aggressive" players are having fun without conflict, that's awesome. It's not really my style anymore, but those who do it / want to -- go for it.

Depends on what you mean by play aggressively. Making an aggressive push to do well as in determination is perfectly fine, but having a lot of hostility towards other players and losses is not very nice nor healthy in my opinion. By that, I don't mean that it'll make you physically ill or anything, but rather it might make you less appealing of a person in real life. As long as in your determination to try to win you don't lose sight of the goal of the game (to have fun), get angry and hostile, or shrug off responsibilities in real life, I have no issue with it.
