Yes you can change that but the view distance of seeing people was changed back. So now i cant see anyone and its really screwy.

Yes and no, the player has the ability to change how far the environment renders, but some servers can change how the render distance for seeing other players.

On topic though, the reduction of view distance along with the new hub is very displeasing and should be reverted
