Hm, interesting way to gain publicity for yourself.
One thing to ask yourself is:
Are you worth playing with?
I know that there are YouTubers that do this purely for subs and/or the money that they make off of YouTube.
What qualifications do you have? Can you give them publicity too? Or is it because you're a good person for dual-coms?
Some people do it for fun, and would love to have a partner. In that case, you don't need a lot of subscribers and fans.

Im not looking a partner just a fun collab and it might even be my 100th video special or something? Being alone is a little boring so yeah...why not do it with the mcsg community?

Just be noticeable on the forums by replying to threads. Play in game a lot. And also teamspeak helps because a lot of people usually hop on there.
