I don't see what your point is. People that play to win will ruin clans? If your clan can't survive against the players in the game you might want some new tactics. I doubt clans are going to "RIB"...
Well, many randoms and servers is going to full and for non donor it will be hard to get in...

Here's how the sign system works currently:

Servers dynamically rotate between all gametypes depending on traffic for that specific time. If the network needs more servers to allow SG players in, it will create more lobbies automatically. The signs do not represent only one lobby. As soon as the game listed on the sign has started the game, the sign will change to a different lobby, and start a new game. It's an update of compactness. All the servers are still there, if not more. All if a lobby on a sign gets full, it'll just get replaced with an empty lobby. That way, people don't have to waste their time looking at signs that are stuck in lobby, and are all full. Likewise, the beacon is another way to access servers. It monitors the state of the games in lobby, and running. You can click on the stained clay to join that server. Every server still has a number, and they can all still be quick-joined through the /join command.

TL;DR - There aren't only 18 SG servers. There are just 18 servers in lobby.

Hope this cleared up any ambiguity behind the situation :)

Precisely...

This is actually assisting the servers. This rotation will give servers cool down time which should improve the performance. What Cubes said is right, just chipped my own opinion.
