Userranks not updating?

uuhmm... i saw that my userrank isn't updated for 2 days or so while i haven't played?
is this allready known or is it just with me?

I've won a few games last week and i've gotten higher on the leaderboards but the userrank stays the same while im between people with userranks like 250, and mine is 446..?

i know... i'm getting higher in the leaderboards when i win.. but my userrank stays the same.. so i don't know wich place i am on the leaderboards..

In the last few days I got 5 wins on EU and my rank didn't go up at all.
