US Gold Membetship Issue

I posted a thread a day or so about my account not being upgraded to a gold within the 24 hr. time period, and a mod lead me to a donor support page. It lead to me of several solutions, none of them seeming to work. I tried to use a photo which would lead to me to make sure my Minecraft Username was correct, but when I went to my personal details page, that option was not there. There was also an email address I could send some info to, but I did not get a reply. Perhaps I could make a admin upgrade my account or find a solution? I really love MCSG andI want to become a donor. Anything would help!
