Uploading problems

So when I render a vid in Sony vegas (even when I highlight the whole vid) most of the vid keeps replaying itself and when I try to upload a vid when I render in movie maker it says youtube
Doesnt support the file while its a mp4

Anyone can help me?

The thing where it says that you dont have a supported file you can use handbrake

You only need to change the format of your video, for an example to wmw.
The other problem where it replays, I have one solution but I don't know if it's right XD (not that good in sony vegas).
So highlight your video and click properties and just untick "replay". This is probably not the problem but I just want to help.
