Unknown Host?

At one house I can connect to MCSG servers with no troubles, however at another house I cannot connect to MCSG with the message "Unknown host". They have different internet connections and providers. One has the internet provider of Bigpond (which i can connect through) and the other has ii-net as there internet provider which i cannot connect through. Is there any possible reasons for this? All help appreciated! Thanks.

Have you checked that the IP you have typed in is correctly spelled? If not, do change it.

If it still doesn't work, go to https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using and check under ''Changing your DNS server settings'', and follow the steps required.

Thanks a lot. I'll check those links out but I'm very sure that I wrote the IP address in correctly. Thanks for the quick reply.
