unknown host?

My friend got minecraft a week ago, and I've been nagging him to play survival games with me and some others. Except whenever he enters the ip of any of the servers, it says unknown host. This only happens for the of the mcsg servers, if I gave him an ip to another server he could join just fine. The ip didn't work for one of my other friends either.

I don't really know what the problem is, the servers work fine for everyone I play with but them. If someone could help me with this it would be appreciated

(I think this is the right place to post this sort of thing, correct me if I'm wrong)

This happens sometimes. Try to wait a while and connect again.

Just connect again, happens pretty often.

It's been happening over the past week almost now, and he's tried to connect many times. He's also typed it in 100% correct, he gave me screenshots. Thanks anyway And I'll check out that thread, thank you!
