"Unknown Host" Problem

Ive been having a problem since I/the server updated to 1.5, im not sure if that's the issue but every time i try to connet to any of your servers minecraft will say "unknow host" and the server will appear offline. Please help, I will be very pleased with you're help. Also i wanted to ask to see if i could donate in any other way that was'nt money, let me know.

Ok i went to the page, and did everything they did, but now instead of saying "unknow host" it says "can't reach server", please help.
