Unable to Play

I have been trying to get on the servers and I cant. It says host is down every time I try to login. And my friend says I have no bounty. Apparently he says I have to have 100 to play or something, I dont really know because Im new to this and have no idea. Please help

Try a differend server location. so if you were playing on eu try playing on us and opposite.
You dont need bounty to play. you can always play. and else, try flushing your DNS.
