The title pretty much explains it all. Is this a bug with Google Chrome?

This glitch is indeed known about. I believe the site developers are working out a solution. :)

I am sure this will be fixed soon! It is just something wrong with the Design.

Thanks for the replies. I wanted to make sure it wasn't me or anything. ;) I noticed that the empty bar at the top of the screen when you are not logged in is for ads (nuuuuuu!) (when on a mobile device).
