So, recently I got a new Turtle Beach x12 mic. It works fine, I can hear everything mostly clearly, but there is one problem; there's a really bad static sound in the background, and when I speak you can hear my voice fairly well, however, whoever I'm talking to can hear my static when I speak. I looked up some tutorials, and I tried a couple different things. One of the suggestions was just turning off my computer, unplugging it, plugging it back in and turning my computer on again. Then it suggested that I took the USB plug out of the USB port in my computer, and then take a USB phone charger and plug that in to an outlet on the wall. Tried that, and it didn't work.
Anyways, if any of you know how to fix this problem for the x12's, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
