Troubles Uploading

Ever since I switched from Mozilla Firefox to google chrome, I have had troubles uploading. My upload speed is 11, download speed is 27.
I used to upload a ten minute video in about 10 minutes or so, now with google chrome I can't get past 4 percent and it says 100 minutes remaining?
I switched back to Mozilla Firefox to see if it would go back to normal, but there is barely a difference?
Is there something I can do to switch it back to normal?
Did I do something wrong? Thank you.

Maybe is your internet service provider.

Its a big possibility thats its your internet.
