TooMany Items incompatible

So i have got Installed Too many items on My Pc...

It allways ran well with playing on this server(couldnt use commands)...
But today im Lagging hardly on this servers and Im not sure if this could be because of too many items, because on other servers i had played well today. (Private server where i couldnt use the commands too)

So Im asking now wathe could be the Problem for this?...
Earlier it went well with too many items....
I cant uninstall it ecause im working at the Moment on a Hungergames Map where its very usefull...

Too many items doesn't affect your performance normally. And is it a problem that you "hardly lag"? I think that is a good thing.

Ok Thanks so it sjould be my Connection to the Servers or an Intern Problem with Minecraft...

Copy the Jaaaaarr (Jar file) and put somewhere were you can easily find it. Then forceupdate minecraft if you are gonna build you just switch jar and if you play normal. Or download magic launcher and select the mods..
