Use the /party command!
/party create [name] then /party invite what ever clan mates you're with!

Also you can do /join sg (server), if you can't find the server your friend is in. Or if you want to spec /watch sg (server)

While the anti-cheat allows it, use the longer range to your advantage. It's incredibly powerful when used right, and feels like you have less ping than you really do.

Learn the new maps ASAP, once they're implemented. Go on the threads, download the maps, and learn the placement of traps and chests. Try to predict where Tier 2's are going to be, and make routes using them.

Lol. Except the top US Clans only play 5 maps: SG4, TSG2, Holiday, Valley, and Highway. And all of them are over a year old. Maps deemed decent for clan battles (Alaskan, Zone 85, and Turb) have not been deeply integrated into clan battles despite having been released for several months.
So yeah, there's no rush to learn these new maps
