Is anyone else having problems? And if you do, you know what I'm talking about. Like I'm getting upwards of 200 ping with speed tests and dreadful download speeds compared to what I normally get, and I can't even attempt to play on any minecraft servers.

I have Time Warner Cable, but haven't been having any issues lately. Good luck finding the issue!

I'm out in Phoenix right now, but I do have TWC at home. I've had reports from my family stating that they are having issues. It wouldn't surprise me - their network is horrible.
