I don't think that the song has a particularly Mockingjay-type feel, but then again I haven't seen the actual movie.
However, I did notice a few lyrics that could be related to Katniss/HG/MJ.

"The scars that mark my body, they're silver and gold."
She has a scar from the tracker, and probably several others.

"It keeps my veins hot, the fires found a home in me."
The girl on fire? Or something like that..

"They used to shout my name, now they whisper it"
The crowd in the Capital used to love her as the winner of the 74th Hunger Games, but now that they know she's part of the rebellion, they whisper her name.

"I never watch the stars, there’s so much down here"
Down in District 13, you can't see the stars because it's underground. Also, D13 is quite large, so there's plenty to explore.

"I dream all year, but they’re not the sweet kinds"
I can only assume that she has nightmares about the Hunger Games. I don't remember exactly if she does or does not.

To be honest, the song does have some sort of particular empathy towards the environment of the actual Hunger Games trilogy. Including the lyrics, they fit so perfectly with what happens in the books and the movies, as Mooclan said.
But overall, the song in a way seems really good, I haven't heard a lot of Lorde's music, but this seems pretty fitting for the Hunger Games! :)
