There NEEDS to be a Moderator type system.

I propose there be a "GameMaker" Rank that can only monitor the game and RARELY give out items to the players. The spamming has been way too bad and we need to set a LITTLE bit of ground rules. When spectating, there's always AT LEAST 1 spammer in the chat and EVERYBODY wants them gone, but there's nobody to stop them from doing what they like. Just a thought. The best that we can do right now is that if somebody is spamming the chat, go onto the chat room and tell chad (because he s generally always on) and he can log in and take care of the situation. There are too many servers that are constantly full to be watched all day and most likely even with moderators watching the server they will only catch 1/10th of the problems. This is still testing so we are trying to figure out situations to problems like this, so please be patient and just check to see if there is an admin on who can take care of it... I suggested a chat cool down system, but that might be more trouble for everybody.

It would be very difficult to have moderators: For a start, it would only create trouble by having everyone "beg" to be a moderator whenever they come in contact with one. And don't say you won't, because everybody has done it some time or another. For a second, moderators may not treat their power with good responsibility. Many constantly go corrupt. They act like the boss. It's not necessarily a bad idea. There would just be many flaws. For another thing: this server runs 24/7. Not many mods would want to be watching the server at 2 A.M. It's possible we may get mods one day, but right now we need to just focus on the main things. Moderators, etc. come later.
