So I just noticed while playing that 3 people were afk. So I just kicked them to make room for other players. Well, I soon realized that they never "left" and the game still included them playing. I realized now that the players are not actually playing and they been kicked off the servers a long time ago but bukkit never unloaded them from the game thus taking up a slot. When I checked the server logs, I saw all of them had a network socket error and was kicked but the game never unloaded them. So if you see any people logged in but AFK, this might be the reason for it and we need to simply restart the server to remove them. If you use the chat room, tell us the server and we can fix it temporarly. I am going to have nossr50 look into it more to see somehow we can prevent this as I think its a bukkit bug.

Yeah I've seen that before, you can still go up to them and kill them too., not sure if that counts as a kill or not but it does the lightening affect and sound.

Yeah this may be a bukkit issue where its completely unavoidable unless bukkit updates.
